The Crime Prevention Unit of the Saint Paul Police Department offers free premise surveys for any indoor or outdoor space that’s be utilized by customers, staff, or other people. Utilizing Crime Prevention through Environmental Design, the team gives recommendations on safety measures that can be implemented in your space. YOBIZMO is an initiative of the Asian Economic Development Association (AEDA) dedicated to empowering Asian small business owners in Minnesota. Whether you're looking to start, grow, or stabilize your business, AEDA's program offers access to business loans and grants designed to support your unique needs. Ramsey County Open to Business - program provides direct technical assistance and other forms of support to small business owners and entrepreneurs at no cost. All current business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs intending to establish, purchase or improve a business within the county are eligible and encouraged to participate.
The toolkit aims to help employers provide a more welcoming and inclusive workplace for all by offering practices to build diversity, equity, and inclusion in the areas of employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding and retention.”

The City of Saint Paul has an ongoing need for local vendors that can provide supplies for the response to COVID-19. Small, minority, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to register with the City as a CERT-certified business.
