The West Seventh Neighborhood is a vibrant community of restaurants, local businesses, community gathering spaces, theaters and artists. The Federation strives to leverage relationships with the public sector and area businesses and nonprofits, with community input to promote economic development in our community. Ramsey County Open to Business - program provides direct technical assistance and other forms of support to small business owners and entrepreneurs at no cost. All current business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs intending to establish, purchase or improve a business within the county are eligible and encouraged to participate.
The toolkit aims to help employers provide a more welcoming and inclusive workplace for all by offering practices to build diversity, equity, and inclusion in the areas of employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding and retention.”

The City of Saint Paul has an ongoing need for local vendors that can provide supplies for the response to COVID-19. Small, minority, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to register with the City as a CERT-certified business.
