The fall 2025 grant round offers funding to small businesses in the West 7th district to make environmentally friendly improvements that save energy, manage stormwater, and enhance curb appeal. The goal is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, support climate resilience, and strengthen our local business corridors.
Whether you're hoping to lower your utility bills, improve your storefront, or install green infrastructure — this program is here to help!
This fall, we’re prioritizing projects that:
✅ Improve energy efficiency (e.g., LED lighting, HVAC upgrades, new windows)
✅ Reduce stormwater runoff (e.g., rain gardens, permeable pavement)
✅ Enhance storefronts with sustainable features (e.g., solar shading, living walls)
Grants of up to $10,000 per business are available. Funding is reimbursed monthly with invoices and itemized receipts.
We’re especially looking to support businesses that:
• Have never received funding through this program
• Are committed to making lasting improvements to their property or space
